As of 31 January 2020 email warranty requests will no longer be accepted, the firstname.lastname@example.org email address has been made inactive and the mailbox is no longer attended to. All new warranty requests must be submitted via the Warranty Request Form.
Please note that we are unable to take warranty requests over the phone. All requests must be submitted in writing using the above form. Relevant personnel will contact you after your submission.
